I am a 2017 passed out of B.E. Aeronautical and am interested do diploma in training and development. Does it help me to grab a career in HRD? Does the diploma degree help? Please suggest me to choose better.
Does the diploma in training and development useful for Engineering aspirants?

If you are BE (Aeronautical) passed in (not passed out, please note) 2017 batch then I recommend you getting into technical job first. If you do not do the technical job then you might forget the knowledge acquired during the Engineering course. This will erode your competitiveness in the market.
Nothing wrong per se to aspire to be a trainer but a course on training you can do anyway. These are the vital years of your life and I do not recommend you wasting these in non-technical activities. Secondly, if you wish to pursue career in HRD, then you need to do MBA (HR). You cannot enter in HRD through the training department.
