Plz provide your opinion on the following issue:
Whether shifting of Unit/Factory to another area within a distance of 15 km will attract section 9A of Industrial Disputes Act,1947, if other conditions of service remains unchanged. We are providing transport facility to our employees. Due to shifting of unit this transportation time will increase to another 30 minutes on one side.Whether this will be a change under shedule IV if I. D. Act,1947?

I am joined a new company in karnal haryana,here we are having 10 on roll employee and 12 on team lease.so please suggest me that we have to maintain muster roll if yes than in which form or i have to maintain 2 diffrent register for both of 2 or a single registe is enogh.
