I am the HR of newly born IT company and i am the only one HR so i want to implement some innovative HR Tools and strategies for Disciplines, Leave Management,employee attrition,retention,engagement.

This is often a dream job for any HR professional, so congratulations!
You may want to start with setting up of policies and procedures like leaves, office timings, attendance management and issues related to laws...
Then later you can start with employee engagement, training and development etc..

Hi Chetan,
You can start with following activities:
1) employee handbook- which should include the code of conduct, office timings, policies etc etc (this will serve the induction to the organization as well as the disciplinary function.)
2) prepare a joining kit (Offer letter, appointment letter, Joining report, Interview report, Form F, Form 2for gratuity & PF)
3) work on HR policies (Leave, attendance, discipline, travel & accomodation, referral, PMS policy)
4) letter formats- appointment, offer, promotion, appraisal, leave mgt, termination, contracts-for IT trainees.
5) set parameters while recruitment- also have set patterns for JD's.
6) prepare a hierarchy of designations. and prepare organization hierarchy chart.
7) Study the local labour & industrial laws applicable to you company and comply to it.

I really like your suggestion.. Right now I join a new company, It is a Casting production company. I have good exeperience in HR field yet some time i find myself in problem due to lack of interest my management.
I start with HR policy and Usefull format like offer letter, appointment letter etc. Held all JD in a month, now I am going to start employee enagagement activity like birthday celebration, tour & picnic, arranging some sport games.
Now I am going on training part. Preparting for induction training and other training. I need your suggestion in this part. which type of other training I can arrange?
