I presume you are manufacturing tiles, marbles and sanitary wares!
As you have a strength of staff more than 20 persons, you have to cover your establishment
under ESI Act and EPF & MP Act and cover all eligible staff under these statutes.
All other relevant licences/permits/approvals from Factory Inspector, Labour Inspector,
Pollution Control Board, Geology deptt. (if applicable), Panchayath/Municipality/Corporation (as the case may be) are to be taken.
Set up a good HR department.
