Focus on any handicraft--am sure you will find some store near your place.
Or you could check thru the Net for a close-by stores.
I have depended on such gifts since many years--and found that foreigners usually like such artifacts.
That way, budget too wouldn't be a problem--since handicrafts are available right from Rs. 10 to a few lakhs.
