Dear All,

Need your advice on below matter:-

Two employees were working with us and both names are same:

1) Rakesh -with Pf No. 07

2) Rakesh with PF No. 08

When Rakesh(07) had left the company ,by mistake Rakesh (Pf No. 8 ) contirbution submitted by us on ECR to Rakesh (Pf No. 7) for 2 years.

Then during the time of inspection done by EPF inspector we had requested to officer to rectify the all records with the help of supporting all documents and were revised the EPF. Inspection authority submitted his inspection report to dept for further rectification process.

But when employee Rakesh (08) claiming for his entire EPFamount for withdrawal he got only amount of EPF no (08) and amount of two year which was rectified by inspector not yet transferred to EPF No. 08 by EPF Dept.

After so many meetings with concern EPF clerk yet we are getting every time same answer from his side that "work is in under process and soon we will transferred the remain EPF amouint of (Rakesh :08) to his bank account".

We have already discussed this matter to EPF regional office high authority but still has not received any result from them.

Please suggest what to do now as we are fully fed up from them....

you have not mentioned that its prior to intro of ECR system or post ECR
however to make correction you have to submit form 3A revised for the years of dispute, of the concerned member and form 10 of the leaving member.
it seems that form 10 was not submitted when the member no 7 left service, so now submit form 10 for member no 7 and 3A for member no 8 for the years of dispute, department may ask for form 6A calculation also for entire employees coviring this member also, for the disputed period to reconcile the status. if needed produce the same.
on receipt they would be able to process the same
