Your filled Form No 13, and get the signature of your previous employer and submitted in epf deptt. if your employer don't signature on your form then write a application to enforcement officer in epf deptt.

You have to fill up form 13 in triplicate and submit it to PF office.
It may take 03 months for such fund transfer.
You don't have to take the signature of your previous employer.

There is no need to get the signature of the previous employer. You just fill form 13(R) and send to pf authorities through the present employer. The epf authorities will get the information regarding previous remittances in form 3A from the previous employer. Your accumulations in previous account will be transferred to the present account.
