Greetings!
Wanted to check with you all if any of the companies in Bangalore has relevant job openings for a PWD Technical Recruiter, who has 7+yrs of experience in the same field. The candidate is a PWD (Person with disability) Locomotor, who is smart with her work but might require some adjustments from the employer in finishing off a work assigned.
She is currently not working and can join immediately. She isn't willing to work Remotely/Freelance.
Is any of you aware of such companies in Bangalore which accomodate's a Locomotor disabled employee. This candidate was previously hired on the basis of disability, but after a few months her employers and the team didnot take her disability into consideration and was expected to perform and deliver in-par with her colleagues causing a lot of distress on the employee physically, mentally and emotionally post which she had to quit the job.
If any of the experienced/knowledgeable colleagues can guide her through her situation and help her land with a job, would be very helpful.
