I am working as HR & Admin in a mid-size manufacturing firm located in Mumbai. Our mfg unit(Factory) is located in Ahmedabad. I am now supposed to create HR Manual for them as per Gujrat State laws. I have very limited idea about Gujrat laws. Can anyone pls help me how do i start with this or any format that can help me out?
