No such act laid down till date. Health & Safety provision are covered in Factory Act/ Shop Act. You have to make the necessary arrangement should be done. Their are various NOC related to Health & Safety, which you needs to obtained from the respective department.. i.e. Fire NOC, Polution NOC etc.
