Yes you can do your P.F withdrawal by submitting Form 19 & 10C which can be downloaded from EPFO website. But you have to submit Affidavit as prescribed by P.F department, since you are claiming after 3 Years. According to P.F norms If an employee want to withdraw his ex-employer P.F accumulations after three years he has to submit Affidavit. You can get the affidavit format in regional Provident fund office.
