I joined IDFC bank in Dec 2021 - Now I want to resign but I can’t serve a notice period so what can I do? I am also not capable to pay the salary for the notice period.

Sorry to state so, first of all why did you join? In two months you are ready to leave the job!!. You want our advice on how to leave the organisation without serving the notice period and also without paying for it. Again sorry, this forum is not to promote such unhealthy practices. If you are unable to serve or pay for the notice period, the only option is to approach the higher authorities for their good sense to leave you from service without any encumbrance.

Agree wholeheartedly with my senior colleague KK!HR.
Over the last few months there has been a substantial uptick in the number of people posting on the same subject here on CiteHR.
Perhaps we need a timely reminder to think very, very carefully before you accept a job offer, and be very sure you want to work for the organisation. It would appear to me that many people DO NOT do adequate research on the prospective company to ensure it is a place the really want to work. After you have signed the contract, it is too late to change your mind.
