Hi All,
I want to know if any employee gives his resign without information and stop to come office. In this case, what HR person should do?
Actually in my office one employee stops to come office without information, when we contact him to know why he is not coming office? he said that he has some medical issues but he is lying with us because his reporting informed us that he got a job in other company. He is not ready to submit his medical documents and also not ready to serve notice period. This is hamper our company cost.
Please any one suggest me what should I do in this case.

Dear Gaurav,
it is not clear as per above mentioned details whether he has put his resignation or not. In case he hasn't put his resignation and absconding since long then you can send him 1st absenteeism letter, then 2nd letter as explanation letter and then final and 3rd letter will be for termination. please dispatch all letters through registered AD and also forward the same on his personal email id. please keep all the records for future reference. there must gap of atleast 7 days between each letter dispatch date.
