I am a fresher working in a food manufacturing industry in chennai.I have some doubts in the minimum wages act.
What is the minimum amount of gross paid to an employee under this act?
When i searched i found that basic wages per day is 78.88 & DA 126.23, is it the 60% of gross or over all gross?(shops & establishments)
Kindly revert asap.
