What is the number of working hours in a Factory running in a General / Single Shift.
Currently in our factory we work from 8:30 am to 06:00 pm (9:30 hours) including break of 30 minutes.
Should we consider the working hours including breaks or excluding breaks

Whether General shift or rotating shift the working hours remains same i.e. Max 9 hours (excluding of 30 min break) and max 48 hours per week. I hope in your case it is 5 days a week working pattern.
