Please suggest that wages should be paid to workmen or not for 08.01.2019 & 09.01.2019 (Bharat Bandh called by Trade Unions).
Our Company was not given any letter to customer that our establishment would be closed on above said date.
Our establishment was open but Labour Union did not allow Workers & Staffs to enter the inside plant.
So my opinion is "No Work" - "No Pay"
