Dear Hitendraraj,
According to Section 14 of the MW Act, when an employee who works for minimum wage during a fixed hour of day, works any additional hours or days in excess of his normal working day, his employer must pay him the overtime rate for every additional hour he works. The overtime rate is the rate enforced under the law of the government at the time he works the overtime hours.
It should be paid double the wages for every hours of his extra work and not allowed to work more than 8 hours in a week.
Regards,
Janardan

Your question is incomplete.
The rules on overtime depend on which state you are, what type of an organisation you are in and what type of work is being done.
and please be more specific in what you are asking. You are not likely to get people to answer if they think you are asking what is available already on google or discussed many times earlier in this forum

Dear all
As per Tamil Nadu Labor Act IF X person Doing OT means We have to Pay Double Amount of Wages Like 100 Means We Should Pay 200.
For PF OT Amount not Deducted ,But Esi We should Contribute .
According to My Point of View if X person Doing OT means Do not Mention in Pay slip and Register also , Prepare Separate sheet to Distribute Over Time wages . if you are Follow this means You can Pay Normal wages . and C ordinate With Your account Team and Execute
But You must be Favor Employee as well as Employer

What you are suggesting is evasion.
It is illegal and you will face a pretty strong doze of penalties and definitely liable for persecution.
And yes, it takes the labour officer / factory inspector just a few hours to get all details.
