I recently change my Job. As per new salary my basic is 38,333 ₹. As per their CTC bifurcation, They are deducting 4600₹ from my Gross salary (38333*12%), They are also going to credit the same (4600₹) from their side. My current Basic Salary 21600₹, but still they are only deducting (15000*12%) 1800₹.
So I want more take-home, So Is it possible to reduce 4600₹ to 1800₹ only? How?

To get more take home salary, you are ready to accept less savings. You may approach to your new employer and if they agree as per Co's policy, it may be possible. But if you contribute on 15,000/- Basic i.e 1800/- per month PF contribution then the organization will also contribute 1800/- per month instead 4600/- per month. Therefore, there is a net loss of (4600 - 1800 = 2800) per month. Choice is yours.

Thanks for prompt answers.
Actually I am getting package with the CTC. From the CTC, Total they are deducting 9200 ₹ (employee and employer share).
Yes you are right, I have talked with them to deduct only 1800 both the side. So ultimately I can increase take home by 5600₹.. but they said as per their Co's Policy that is not possible.
Is there any legal document available? So based on that I can request them to deduct only 1800 ₹ both side.
Thanks in advance.

@ Atmiya-Vaghela, no legal document available for the same, as company is not violating any LAW. It is completely depend on the company policy.
