I have experience of 1 year in recruitment. I have received an interview call letter from one of the PSU for the position of MT-HR. They didn't took any written test previously. Now, I'm nervous because there is only 2-3 seats and I'm unaware about their recruitment process, clear job description and questions they might ask. Can any body help me or explain me the things in government sector?
I don't want to miss this golden chance.

As i nvr applied or read any interview questions so i'll not misguide u, but go through the official site of MT and read out the current and detail info. abt it. also prepare ur HR part like diff. b/w few basic terms of HR. Few acts related to this feild. also srched on google abt common HR questions which asked in govt. sec. few links u'll get there and i have read all they are helpful for u. best of luck for the opportunity.

1) read imprtant scetions of Industrial disputes Act like work man Retenchment, closure,lay off, conciliation procedures etc
2) Acquaint yourself with recent amendments in Industrial Disputes Act
3)Read imporatnt sections of Factories Act like leave, safety measures, health,over time payment, double employment, canteen appointment of Labour Welafare officers etc.
4) Read standing orders certification procedure
5) Rates of P.F & ESI contributions
6) Wage limits under ESI/P.F Acts for coverage of employees
7)How many functions do you know about HR?(try to list out as many as posiible)
8) To which establsihmenst Contarct Labour Act is applicable ?
9) How many labour laws are applicable to atextile industry?
10) Is textile industry a factory or commercial stablishment?
11) what is controlled industry?
12) I sthere any wage limit for aperson to be a workman u?ID Act?
13) What is the duration of maternity benfit(leave) under teh maternity benfit Act?
