Dear ALL, I am working in the pharma industry. MY organization started Internal Customer Satisfaction survey. The procedure is like this --- Each function first identifies their customer. Then lists out services for their customer. Then evaluate services against expectations, taking corrective action preventative action for improvement, and try to enhance internal customer satisfaction.
So that First I hv to give training on "Internal Customer Satisfaction " Importance, advantage, disadvantage. If anybody has presentations, material related to this topic then pls send me as early as possible.
