Thanks Mr. Manish Anand for sharing the nice collection on statutory compliance in Construction industry. You can further add the Contract Labour (R&A) Act,1970 & Contract Labour Rules, 1971 too because all the works being carried out by the clients are normally done by the contract workmen only and these workers are on the regular roles of the Principal Employer.

Thanks for your upload. You have uploaded legal requirement of Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996. This will be very useful to refer particular standard easily. I too preparing same like and herewith i have attached Indian electricity rules 1956.
Request all members to share if they have such a register like this. So that we can comply all together and keep for ready reference.

your uploaded legla requirements are very usefull ,apart from these above mentioned acts and rules , needs inforation about the other balance acts and rules if applicable to construction industry , although HR rules are same in the country and are also same for CS dept.
about the core construction dept like site needs to be check for the other applicabe laws and acts .
