Dear All,
Here is a peculiar case.
Usually form V is to be given by the principal employer to the contractor for obtaining the license. But, though the contractor has put several mails and letters, there is no proper response from the principal employer. So in order to avoid future judicial problems, is there an alternate way for contractor to obtain license.
Please update and help solve this issue.

But if we obtain any acknowledgement for a letter stating that we have put several letters and e mails and still not able to get form V. If labour inspectors visit, the copy of acknowledgement will serve the purpose i think... Please correct me if I am wrong
