Kindly let me know to write a letter to all employees stating that next month on wards no need of manual attendance they must follow bio metrical system by swiping their finger. if anyone fail to do that will be treated as absent on that case. So that i want to inform all employee to strictly follow this with out any fail. Actually my concern is to write an official notice to all employees regarding the same
