Dear All,
If the group of 10 or more people join together and form a union, and sends a letter to management stating the name of union and other details of union, like list of Office Bearer's etc,.
Can the Management refuse to recognise the formation of union?
or it is binding to recognise the union said to be formed by workers?
Please suggest.

There is no compulsion upon the Management to recognize a Trade Union. Whether is registered or not.
Make sure you don't reply to the letters sent by your trade union or attend meetings organized by them or meetings organized by Labor Commissioners' office where they are called to discuss any issues such as industrial Disputes.
