Kindly suggest me, if the employee has contribute ESIC and suddenly he want to stop his contribution for personal reason and he wants to exempted to ESIC then what should be work employer. Suggest me ....

If his/her salary is within the eligible limits/coverage there is no option available to the employee to come out of ESI scheme.

Employee contribution is 1.75 %of his wages.It is not a big sum to ensure medical cover for him and family.
There can be no reason to avoid paying the contribution.
Officially there is no way to escape from this monthly contribution

The employee has no control nor discretion so long as he/she is within the covering limits of ESIC, the contribution has to be deducted from the salary before it is paid to the employee else employer would be liable.
