Hi everyone! This is Hariprasad, I am looking for a salary structure of 30,000 per month - my current company is not providing any salary slip and they were not deducting any PF. please help me understand

Salary structure differs from company to company, as it is entirely depend on the discretion of company, so providing you a salary structure is not possible. If your company doesnt provide you salary slip you can ask them for a salary certificate describing your current salary structure, you can also refer your appointment letter, as generally appointment letter contains the salary break up.

Thank Ashutosh for the reply, i already asked for the payslip and i am waiting for their reply! ,but i still wounder what are the details can i expect it to have since they were not deducting any PF, i asked for the reason they told me that they were not pvt limited,please help me to understand !!

First, please let us understand what type of organization are you associated with and your company's strength. Also if you are very particular in knowing the general break up/structure of salary, then please use the "Find information" tab available in this site.
