Dear Sirs,
We are having around 1500 contractual labor under 7 different contractors.
As the last date of submission of ESI and PF challan is 21 and 15 respectively of the particular month.
My Query is that under what section/Circular is the 5 days grace period for submission of PF challans is allowed (Kindly provide the Circular). And if the contractor submits the challan late, then what is the loss to the employee (is he entitled for the interest of that particular month?).
