Employee Resigns.... Do These Five Things :-
1. Wish him all the best.
2. Let them know if they need anything like a recommendation, please feel free to contact you.
3. Conduct an Exit Interview and use the findings to make positive changes in the organization,
4. Show appreciation for all their good work.
5. Tell them they are always welcome back.
Too often when an employee resigns, bosses treat them like they are traitors and can't wait to march them out the door. That's like blaming someone for their own inadequacies. Whether someone is staying or leaving. You should always : "Treat your Employees Right". If many organizations treated their employees right in the first place, they would not leave.
