hi,
Induction programme may consist following topics
- Introduction to the organisation
- Organisation culture & climate
- Certain norms, rules & regulation of organisation behaviour
- Introduction of the particular job for which the person has appointed
- Getting person aware of his authorities & responicibilities
- Getting person aware of his rights & obligation towards organisation
- Any special events & announcement made by organisation.

These are the some topics as normally induction programme are arranged for the employees newly entered in the organisation.
The main purpose is to make employee newly entered familiar with organisation.
Therefore, it is also a kind of development of person as he becomes aware of many things about organisation.

hi parth

Organisatio culture : Set of particular procedure of performing task

for eg., Difference between Marketing person of any Multinational pharma company & Marketing person of any Multinational bank or banking & insurance sector. Here work culture of both is different. Again there may be difference between two same sector field.

Organisation Climate : The working condition & facilities to be provided to the employee for & while his work.

for.eg., if we take the same example in most of the Multinational pharma companies various facities are provided as First Class Train pass, Taxi fare, Bus fair plus the incentives & performance bonus.

Most of multinational banks & insurance companies provide all these facilities but of less quality like Second class pass, they normally dont provide taxi fare atleast upto my knowledge in mumbai as the taxi & rikshaws are expensive the bus fair is provided Except in case of person who is at high post in marketing i.e at managerial level.

Please clarify if I am wrong somewhere.
