Dear All, As per the Apprenticeship Act, we can take apprentice trainees from 2.5 to 15% maximum. in our industries. Apart from this one scheme of student trainee e.g. flexi MOU scheme ( D Voc, B Voc) is also being provided by TPA.. Are these studentship schemes legally valid to use students in industries? If so, what maximum numbers are allowed, and under which act are they regulated? Is it allowed apart from 15% apprentice of total manpower strength?

Can anyone confirm the legality of the above
