The cause is not yet known.

These are free for me.
We are their customers. We purchased software from them for EHS legal compliance which is excellent.
I do not want to market their products.
However their conception, actual benefits of using software are very good.

Thanks for the information. It is very sad to have such explosions across the globe, despite of having established safety systems. There has to be some violation, probably procedure, ( Short-cut), correspondance to human. Death and same time loss of several dollars can not be acceptable / justiifed. For such organisations, OPERATIONAL DISCIPLINES has to be follwed regulalrly. Plant management has to ensure OD is at its place in the organisations, inclusive of leaders of organisations.
Hope, there is no big / uncontrolled damged to site / surrounding community.
