You have to make sequence or order of procedure:
Employee :- The policy state what area have restricted access, how to access & controlled or authorized person, identification of employee in the facility.
Visitor:- The identities of alll visitors MUST be verified by appropriate personnel upon arrival. Should maintain visitor log book, ID card while visiting perimises. Not allow to carry beg or camera along with himself.
List of equipment:- electronic monitoring shoould be placed in the perimises & all activities should be record for 24x7 by the security.
Security personnel should have clear guidlines to track goods & material in-out during operation.
