Hi,
Very recent I joined a service provider company where I'll have to handle the PF & ESI procedure from employee's joining to till leaving. So want to know which PF or ESI forms needs to fill at the time of joining or at the time of leaving. What are the procedure or deduction likely to be done. Or Do I need to study any sort of book to update myself??
Waiting for your valuable feedback.

Hi, Ours is an exempted PF Trust and due to Company separation (due to slump sale the Company is separated and there is a Remain Co and Spin Co), it will be split into 2 Trusts. I would like to know if the reserve created in the consolidated Trust will also be split between the 2 Trusts or is it going to be retained by Remain Co in Existing Trust?

Dear Rachna; please go the online sites of ESI and PF, download all the forms and just try to recognize the uses which is already mentioned in each form. that will certainly help you to know the applicable forms and process. Yes you can ask some specific questions which will be provided solutions in this forum.
