Goodmorning, I am working in a telugu Daily News Paper since 16+ years, in Vijayawada. on 9th Jan,12 form my head office (HYD) issued a message to our vijayawada unit Branch Manager in my Department 3 members or transfered to Hyderabad with effect from 11.1.2012. but my BM was not told to us or not informed to us that we are transfered. on 11 th night he told us that we are transfered. at that time we requested to our GM\'s to give time or stop transfer. They told us to here(Hyd) we can request management to stop or giev time for Transfer. after 7 days to told us to come and meet our management. They told us to come and join at our Hyderabad office. Then we asked them to permission for 10 days and We asked them to we will come after when our pending salaryes (Oct,Nov and Dec 2011 ) will setle at our office(vja). They give permission. When we come back and asked to our BM to setel our salaryes. form that day he telling us to i will give in 2 or 3 days later.

It seems that all the transactions are in oral only. If they wants any change then they have to give it in writing and also what are the benefits and reimbursements you are elgible need to be mentioned clearly. Pl. ask your branch manager to issue a transfer note and as well as if he is unable to pay the salaries at Vijayawada then ask him to issue a note that the same shall be cleared at Hyderabad basing on that one you can switch over to Hyderabad.
The expenses related to shifting of family and the house hold items, travel ned to be cleared by the company in case of transfer. Basing on the cost of living there should be some hike or some special allowance in your pay. Considering all the facts talk to your BM and get the clearance. If not you can approach the labour department and complain them under payment of wages act.
Instead of going on confrontation better to settle the issues in emicable way.

When we asked the salary hike they told us there is no hike and the salary will be same at Hyd also. then how to proceed. i hv'e given complaint on 07-02-2012. Plz give me how can i get my gratutiviti form my organaisation.
