I am starting a new venture and am stuck on naming it. It's a recruitment firm. If possible the name should tell the following; initiative, different, and determination. If not then also cool without it.
Please
Gurpreet

Just name it : Gurpreet Vig.
Build your name into a brand. It will help in line extension in the future as well.

Hi , this is my first post and let it start by helping others...
If you really serious in the naming , then there are many sites where you can start a naming competition with your requirement rules and pay some money for it and you will get more than 100+ entries..you can choose the best names what you want and choose the best as the winner ..i dont think CiteHR site rules will allow me to share the link , just go through the net and you will find it ..

Hi Gurpreet,
You already have a few good suggestions.
Naming a company is a brainstorming activity. List out your different name no matter how outrageous it may sound. You can use two words or three to make up the name. Try using Your initials as the base then try and develop your tag line making relevant words with your initials and develop a phrase from these words.
For example the work you would do would be - Locate - Evaluate - Place people so you could use LAP as the first word then add People as your work is around people the final work can be Consulting.
You end up with LEP People Consulting. Now you can change the fist word to LEAP.
Try our various combinations and you will hit upon a good name.
Your tag lines could be
Locate Evaluate Place
We Turnaround your Skills
The Rite Job for the Rite People
Hope you hit upon a good name.

Capt-Shiva-Kumar This is a very old thread dating back to 2013. The OP only posted once and has not been seen since. Pointless to continue to continue posting to a dead thread.
