Has The Limit Changed For PF Applicability?


Hi, I need to know, if the limit of minimum employees working in the organization has changed to 10 from 20 for compulsory PF applicability? Kindly help. Thanks Khyati

Hi,
PF applicability is solely dependent on number of employees and not on any salary limits. The employees, Who's basic salary is more than Rs. 65,00/-, can opt out of PF after complying with certain formalities.

Hi, Mr. Khyati,
As per PF Act the limit is 20 but incase in your company employees need to get the registration under the PF Act so they will get as per Valuntary PF U/s1(4).
