hi,
I hjave worked on the similar lines in my earlier organization. You need to first conduct a sample survey and get a generalized overview. Keep in mind the wrok the employee is doing, time spent, if they feel it leads to any success. Hit on the motivation level, also have questions which would give you an idea as to whether the employee is actually mentally satisfied with teh profile or does he feel he could do more. Is the employye appraised when completed on a task. Is feedback given. How does the employee view the organization as a whole. Careerwise can the employee grow.
