I joined a firm recently as an HR where I would be admin work as well but I am unfamiliar with the practical knowledge of filing returns every month for PF and ESI and have not complete knowledge if there are any other returns needs to be filled. Please guide me to do so as there is no other HR in the company. And please tell me as how to keep track on updated labour laws too. Please share the sites, blog pages link too.
