our side we take this under Cash component only... the only difference is our pay slip reflects it in different format like
Earnings fixed-
Basic
HRA
Medical reimbursement/allowance
Conveyance
Skill allowance/skill premium
Special allowance/other allowance/personal pay/personal allowance
Professional development allowance
Transport allowance
LTA
Earnings Variable-
Telephone reimbursement
Food subsidy
Children Education Allowance (N/A)
Car reimbursement / car lease (Actual amount recd p.a)
