Hi Ms.Deepa,
Please check in your present employment appointment letter for the confidentiality clause. If the clause clearly mentions that you have to keep it confidential, you will have to adhere to the rules.
For example, if i were hiring you into my organisation, i would check on the following
1. I will go through your present appointment letter and check for the confidentiality clause details.
2. I will cross examine you by asking you to give the list of the clients you worked for.
If you give me the list inspite of the confidentiality clause in your present job, i will come to a conclusion that you are a person who cannot be trusted. Its because you will do the same thing with my organisation also by giving out the client list to your future employer. I will definitely not look back at your profile again.
This could be a tricky situation.
But i suggest you go with the appointment letter rules.
If at all you get a chance to go through how big companies like Google select experienced candidates you will definitely understand what i mean.
All the best.

Alex
