Iam a MBA 2009 passout with HR as my major and Marketing as minor, with haste I got into marketing job which I got through campus placements.Its been almost an year. Now I want to get into the HR field ... Will I be treated as a fresher? Please help me If I can get a HR job?

Yes Swapna--you will be treated as a fresher--in HR line. But some weightage may be given towards exposure to a working environment due to your mktg exp--may not amount to much in terms of salary though.

Thank you Swapna for coming up with a problem which I am facing too. Since a long time I have been searching foor an assistance but was unable to as everyone was offereing me Business Development Profile. But since I am an MBA in Hr, I am presently looking forward to change.
