My name is Joanne and I work as an HR Admin Executive in a company called Tala Properties.
I am looking for the format for a termination letter which I need to issue.
Kindly help me with a simple and small format.

Have you outsourced the F & B Service? If yes, then while outsourcing you must have made contract with the service provider. If you have contract then in this contract provisions of termination or discontinuation of contract must be there. Give a reference of that paragraph of the contract and write that you would like to discontinue the contract with effect from _____ (date).
While discontinuing the contract, please make sure that you honour condition of notice period.
Thanks,

Just check the contract/appointment letter. The clause of probation period and termination clause should guide you. Col.Suresh Rathi

To suggest anything on the skeleton information given by you on serious action of proposed termination of F&B staff, is highly risky. You need to inform:
1. What are the reasons if any, for termination?
2. Is F&B service run departmentally or outsourced? Share the contract terms / Appointment letter relating to termination of Contract/ Employment.
3. How many workers are intended to be separated?
4.what is the length of service of these concerned workers.
5. What is the total employee strength of of the establishment.
It will be relevant to explore the angle of retrenchment in this case and you need to realise that it is not as simple as issuing just simple termination letter as you seem to make out.
