Dear Experts, I need a suggestion, one of our employee who had joined us in May-2019 was transferred to Middle east in March-2022 and he resigned in March-2024, please help me with his gratuity caliculation.

As the employee was on rolls of the company till the date of relieving posting at abroad should be considered as continuity of service only and gratuity should be paid to the employee based on last drawn salary , provided the employee had completed 5 years of service without any break.
