i already analysed the independent and dependent variables.... but not geeting how to move further....
what i analysed,for eg is 52 employees left due to compensation problem..23 due to lack of growth oppourtunities... i analysed all this by studying the exit forms.iam using secondary data.. please let me know how i should proceed.....
