Hello everyone, I recently joined I was employed as an admin assistant in a certain company in Nigeria. I have worked for more than a year in this company. I accepted the job in the hope that my job description would entail a wide range of administrative duties that will give me exposure to HR & admin duties. Instead all I do is filling, registration of mails and dispatch, making of tea and serving food to my boss. I feel I am wasting my time and killing my brain as I need achallenging task that require thinking and finding solutions to issues. How do I channel this to HR as I have tried in the past but dismissed. I don't want to lose my job. I need your advice my seniors. Thanks
