As per Minimum wages act 1963
in our ( mfg electronic prod)organisation we are 10 staff memeber and 1 assembler
my questions-
1 ) every organisation has to maintain muster roll cum wages register in formII ??
2) workers name must me included in the muster, but is it compulsory to include all staff members name in the form II muster ??
3) Daily In- out timing record is not there so we have to maintain another register for that??

Dear Shila,
The Minimum Wages Act is not of 1963 while it is of 1948. If your unit is covered under this Act then plz go through the definition of the employee for whom you are to keep muster roll. If you are keeping the attendance of employees under this Act then you are to keep the record as per the format as given under your State Minimum Wages Rules.
