the leave create condition as below:
If employee is working for 0-6 days then the leave will be credit 0.
If employee is working for 6-12 days then the leave will be credit 0.5.
If employee is working for 12-18 days then the leave will be credit 1.
If employee is working for 18-24 days then the leave will be credit 1.5.
If employee is working for 24-31 days then the leave will be credit 2.
