I may be wrong but what I imagine from your post that you are giving driving test without knowing gear, accelerator, clutch, break etc.
You should have your own study in subject matter. Any specific query after study can be asked on this forum, you may get answer.

Since you have knowledge on labour laws, I suggest you to list out your queries. Try to find out answers to it on your own. You may refer the bare Acts. You may refer various threads on this forum by using search option. You may also refer a book : Guide to Employers by S R Samant. This book is now available in market duly edited by Chheda.
