(A) FEE STRUCTURE:
Service Charges:
Junior Level (up to Sr. Executive level): 8.33 % of the annual gross CTC
Middle Level (Assistant Manager to Manager level): 10 % of the annual gross CTC
Top Level (Sr. Manager & above level): 12.5 % of the annual gross CTC
(B) GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Invoice/s would be raised once the candidate joins the organization. The same needs to be cleared by the client or it’s Subsidiary within a fortnight from the date of joining.
In case a candidate leaves the organization within 3 months of joining, a free replacement would be provided by us or the amount would be adjusted with the next bill.
