Is the Telangana Shop and Establishment Act applicable to a bank with a Pan-India presence? Please advise.

As per my knowledge Shops and Commercial Establishment Act comes under the state subject.So it will not be applicable across India, State act will be applicable on the state they are operating. For Example if your establishment is operating in Delhi then Delhi Shops and Establishment act will be applicable and in Uttar Pradesh their act will be applicable.
